How to Make Puto Cheese Filipino Style


Puto Cheese Filipino Style


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all purpose flour
1.5 cups fresh milk
1/4 tsp iodized salt
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Slices of Cheese


PROCEDURE:

1. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
2. Add milk to the combined ingredients and mix them together until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into small muffin pans which have been greased beforehand.
4. Place sliced cheese on top of each.
5. Steam for about 20-30 minutes.
